Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturdays 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Some Sundays as needed

A manufacturing company is looking for hands-on and hardworking Assemblers to join their production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a robust benefits package once hired on permanently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in various stages of the assembly process
Support team members with tasks such as:
- Spot welding using manual welding guns
- Applying adhesives and sealants to designated areas
- Assisting in the installation of closures including doors, hoods, and fenders
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers

Requirements:

Previous assembly or general labor experience preferred
Willingness to work in a physically active, team-based environment
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working with tools and around machinery
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend shifts
