About the Job
5 AM shift and 5 PM shift machine operators / line leads for our Packaging teams.
Job Requirements – Machine Operator / Line Lead:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in machine operation and/or production line leadership required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete daily paperwork and tablet-based reporting.
- Ability to lead by example and support production team members to meet daily goals and quality standards.
- Comfortable working in a cold, wet environment for extended periods.
- Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts.
- Basic proficiency with technology (tablets, digital forms, production systems).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow safety, food safety, and company procedures at all times.
They must also:
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to pass a Drug Screen & Background Check.
