We are hiring a Sheet Metal Fabricator to support production in a hydroforming and metal fabrication facility. This role is responsible for forming, trimming, and finishing metal components used in automotive and industrial applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced with metal forming processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate hydroforming equipment and metal fabrication machines.
Form, cut, trim, and shape sheet metal parts to specifications.
Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and part drawings.
Perform quality inspections using gauges, calipers, and templates.
Deburr, grind, and finish parts as required.
Load/unload materials and handle parts safely.
Maintain production output while meeting quality standards.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE, and lockout/tagout requirements.
Keep work area clean and organized using 5S standards.
Report defects, equipment issues, or material concerns.

Required:

High school diploma or GED.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing.
Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Preferred:

Experience in hydroforming or automotive manufacturing.
Familiarity with presses, trimming tools, and forming equipment.
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
Forklift or material handling experience.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Fast-paced manufacturing environment with heavy equipment.
Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery.
